Privacy notice

Data controller

DLAB S.r.l., Via Ferrarecce 121, 81100 Caserta — VAT IT04456430612 — REA CE-328405 — email: contact@ruberflamma.com.

What data do we process

  • Wardrobe Access: the email address, the date of last access and the chosen language.
  • Wardrobe Profile: the username you choose and, if you wish to provide it, your Telegram username.
  • Login with the email button: the link is valid for 10 minutes and only once; we do not store any additional data to use it.
  • Wardrobe: the pieces you save among your favourites, the looks you create (name and chosen pieces) and the requests you send for a piece or a look. A look remains private until you choose to share it: in that case, anyone with the link can see its name and the pieces, but never your email. You can make it private again or delete it whenever you want.
  • Collaboration Form: name, email and message. They are not saved on the site: they arrive via email to the contact@ruberflamma.com. inbox
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security (anti-bot verification, rate limiting) and stored for the strictly necessary period of time.

Saved looks. If you are registered to the Wardrobe, you can create and save your looks by combining pieces from the catalogue. Looks are associated with your account (username, email and, if provided, Telegram contact), are visible only to you and authorised staff until you choose to share them via a link: in that case, whoever receives the link sees the name and the pieces, but never your data. They are not shared with third parties and are used to show you your combinations and to allow Ruber Flamma to respond to your requests. Legal basis: performance of the service requested by you (Art. 6, para. 1, let. b, GDPR). Retention: until account deletion or, in case of inactivity, for 24 months, as with other profile data. You can delete any look from your profile at any time.

They are shared exclusively by the user who generates the sharing link and are never published directly by Ruber Flamma or its staff.

Why we treat them

  • To let you into the Wardrobe and maintain the session: it is the service you are requesting.
  • To recognise you in the Wardrobe with your username and, if you have provided it, to write to you on Telegram: this is the service you are requesting.
  • To reply to your messages: it is your request.
  • To protect the site from abuse: it is a legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Where and with whom

Data remains within the European Union: Supabase database (Frankfurt), files on Cloudflare R2 (EU jurisdiction), website hosted by Vercel (functions in Frankfurt). Emails are sent via Resend; anti-bot verification is Cloudflare Turnstile; the contact@ mailbox is on Google Workspace. These providers process data on our behalf as data processors. Some are also based in the United States: for them, the guarantees provided by the GDPR apply (EU-US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). You can ask us for the updated list by writing to contact@ruberflamma.com.

Username, email, Telegram (if indicated), language, registration date and last login date are read, via a protected connection, by draevio, the internal management software with which the DLAB S.r.l. staff manages contact with fans and responds to their requests. The data remains within the European Union (Frankfurt), is not communicated to third parties and follows the same purposes and retention periods indicated in this notice.

For how long

Access to the Wardrobe remains active until you request its deletion; after 24 months without access, we will delete it. Username, Telegram, favourites and looks are deleted along with access; requests remain, without any link to you. Access codes and links last 10 minutes. Technical security logs (accesses, attempts, IP addresses) are kept for 12 months. Messages from the Collaborations form are not saved on the site: they remain in the contact@ruberflamma.com inbox for the time necessary to respond to you.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to contact@ruberflamma.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
